Privacy Policy
The ESG.IT.COM website serves solely to inform its users. All personal data collected here is collected, processed, and used exclusively for individual customer support or to send information.
Use of our website is possible without providing personal data. Different regulations may apply to the use of individual services on our website, which will be explained separately below.

Where processing personal data is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which our company is subject, Article 6(1)(c) GDPR serves as the legal basis.
If processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by our company or by a third party, and such interests are not overridden by the interests or fundamental rights
and freedoms of the data subject, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR serves as the legal basis for the processing.

You can contact us by email or via contact forms. We will, of course, use the personal data you provide in this way exclusively for the purpose for which you provide it when contacting us.
If our contact form requests information that is not required for contacting you, you do not need to provide it. This information helps us to clarify your request and process it more efficiently.
Providing this information is expressly voluntary and requires your consent. Required fields are marked. If this information includes details of communication channels (e.g., email address, telephone number),
you also consent to us contacting you via these channels, if necessary, to answer your request. You can, of course, revoke this consent at any time for the future.
Legal Basis for Data Processing
The legal basis for processing data is, if the user has given consent, Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter a GDPR.
The legal basis for processing data transmitted via email is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
If the email contact aims at concluding a contract, the additional legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Data Subject Rights
In connection with the processing of your data, you have the right to information under Article 15 GDPR, the right to rectification under Article 16 GDPR, the right to erasure under Article 17 GDPR,
the right to restriction of processing under Article 18 GDPR, the right to object under Article 21 GDPR, and the right to data portability under Article 20 GDPR.
The right to information and the right to erasure are subject to the limitations set out in Sections 34 and 35 of the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) (new version).
Furthermore, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority (Article 77 GDPR).

Regarding objection to processing based on consent
You can revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time. This also applies to the revocation of declarations of consent that were given to us before the General Data Protection Regulation
(GDPR) came into effect, i.e., before May 25, 2018. Please note that the revocation only takes effect for the future. Processing that took place before the revocation is not affected.
Information about your personal data stored with us / Storage period / Deletion
We only store your personal data for as long as is legally permissible. Stored personal data is deleted when the user revokes their consent to its storage or when knowledge of this data is no longer necessary for
fulfilling the purpose for which it was stored, in particular if its storage is inadmissible for other legal reasons.
Furthermore, data may be stored if this is provided for by European or national legislation in EU regulations, laws, or other provisions to which the controller is subject. Data will also be blocked or deleted when a
storage period prescribed by the aforementioned regulations expires, unless further storage of the data is necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract.
Upon your request, we will gladly inform you which data we have stored about you. Should any incorrect data be stored with us despite our efforts to ensure that the data is accurate and up-to-date,
we will correct it immediately.
Disclosure of data to third parties; no data transfer to non-EU countries
As a general rule, we only use your personal data within our company.
If and to the extent that we engage third parties in the performance of contracts, these third parties will only receive personal data to the extent that the transfer is necessary for the respective service.
In the event that we outsource certain parts of data processing ("contract processing"), we contractually obligate the processors to use personal data only in accordance with the requirements of
data protection laws and to guarantee the protection of the rights of the data subject.
